To migrate your website: 1) Take a full backup of your website files and database
2) Purchase a ServerSea hosting plan
3) Share your website login/backup details via a support ticket (or upload the backup as advised by our team)
4) Our team will guide you through DNS or nameserver changes (if required) Note: Domain transfer (registrar change) is separate from website migration and may require an EPP/Auth code, unlocked status, and registry-specific processing time.
You can renew from your Client Area: 1) Log in to your Client Area
2) Go to Billing → Invoices (or open the relevant service)
3) Open the renewal invoice and click Pay Now
4) Complete payment using an available method If you cannot access your account, use Forgot Password or contact support.
Please take a complete backup before requesting an OS migration (Linux ↔ Windows). OS migration may require creating a new hosting account on the selected platform, and the old account may be terminated after data handover (as per the agreed process). Charges: OS migration is a one-time service and may have a fee depending on the service type and workload. DNS propagation can cause brief downtime during the switch.
You can upgrade your hosting plan at any time by paying the difference amount for the remaining billing period (where applicable). Contact support or open a ticket for an upgrade invoice/link.

Domains

Search your desired domain on our website, add it to cart, complete checkout, and the domain will be registered instantly (subject to registry rules). If any verification is required, our team will guide you.
Start a transfer order, provide the EPP/Auth code (if required), and ensure the domain is unlocked at your current registrar. After transfer initiation, we’ll inform you about the next steps based on the TLD and registry process.
From your Client Area, open the domain details and update Nameservers or DNS records (A/CNAME/MX/TXT). DNS changes can take time to propagate globally (often a few hours, up to 24 hours).
Expired domains may stop working and enter a grace period depending on the registry. Renew as soon as possible to avoid additional redemption fees or permanent loss.

Login to Client Area → Billing/Invoices. You can view, download, and pay invoices from there.
Share your transaction screenshot with your invoice number via ticket or WhatsApp (if provided). We will verify and update your invoice status.
Refund eligibility depends on the product and policy. Please review our Refund Policy/Terms, or contact support with your invoice number for guidance.
DNS updates usually take a few hours but can take up to 24 hours worldwide. During propagation, some visitors may see the old settings while others see the new settings.
